Shipping Policy

The Pet Landing currently ships to the continental United States only. At launch, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing depends on the carrier, destination, and item availability. Available shipping options and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout when available.

Multiple packages

Some items may ship separately, so your order may arrive in more than one package.

Shipping issues

If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thepetlanding@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

P.O. boxes

Some items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. boxes depending on the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Incorrect addresses

The Pet Landing is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at thepetlanding@gmail.com.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us at thepetlanding@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will help review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
