We want you and your dog to feel good about your order. If something is not quite right, email us and we will help you through the next step.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition it was received, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email thepetlanding@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards, final sale items, or items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
